TCAMMA offers a wide variety of martial arts for both men and women. Students are allow to attend as many classes as they’d like or they can attend specific individual programs if that suits them best.

On your first night you will go through the warm ups with everyone and then an instructor will go over a few fundamental movements and techniques with you to practice with a partner. There is no live sparring for brand new students on the first night.

Yes. The children’s program focuses on the 3 P’s: Prevent, Prepare, and Protect. It is our goal is to instill confidence in our students and teach them to avoid conflict whenever possible but they will also be prepared should they ever need to defend themselves.

No, students will not be pressured into doing something they are not ready for. However, students will eventually need to participate in sparring so they can learn proper movement and timing . Sparring is not something to fear, the goal of sparring is to refine technique and timing, it is not to hurt or knockout one another.
